Job Opportunity Director of Community Development

The Director of Community Development is a leadership position within the organization that reports to the Senior Pastor and Board, carries out the mission of the organization according to the strategic direction of a board of directors, and guides community and economic development initiatives to ensure equitable participation and inclusion of marginalized communities within Fiesta's service area. The Director manages day-to-day operations, financial management, and relationships with key stakeholders. The Director works closely with the leadership team to plan, organize, and direct the organization's operations and programs.
